We offer ready-made, high-quality Talliosake units where your dream has room to grow and thrive!
Talliosake provides spaces for working, production, business, storage, maintenance, and hobbies. The units range from 20 to 150 m², with an average size of around 35 m². About half of the spaces are rental units, while the other half are used by the owners themselves.
We provide space solutions for both businesses and private consumers. Our high-quality and functional Talliosake units are located in growing cities and along major highways.
By early 2026, there will be 6,500 Talliosake units across 120 locations in Finland and Sweden. Today you can find Talliosake units throughout Finland, from Helsinki to Tornio. The Talliosake headquarters is located in Vantaa. In Sweden, we operate under the Talli brand in Stockholm, Västerås, and Örebro.
